She has worked with organizations like Empire State Development (ESD), New York, Tractus Asia, KOTRA, HLS Global, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and State Bank of India.

As an independent consultant, Meghna has played a pivotal role in defining the brand identity and communication strategy for PostScript, a luxury B2B gift consultancy. She also writes for platforms like Medium and collaborates on content strategies for startups and wellness brands.
